Hi, i think this is very interesting. I noticed that under "It often happens that project managers face the need to manage multiple projects simultaneously, using resources that can be shared between them." you are mentioning Conceptdraw. I would like to also suggest www.projectscenter.com as it offers a multi project platform for $4.99 per month.
