ProjectsCenter Enterprise Content |

| Persons who register ProjectsCenter Enterprise and agree to our PROJECTSCENTER, INC. CLICK-THROUGH LICENSE AGREEMENT ("CLA") or our PROJECTSCENTER, INC. MASTER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("MLA") can access and use certain ProjectsCenter Enterprises. All information that you place into an ProjectsCenter Enterprise is referred to as "Content" whether such information is personally identifying or not, and our policy regarding such Content is in the ProjectsCenter Enterprise Content paragraph below. |

| The Administrator of a ProjectsCenter Enterprise is the member whose membership level is designated as "Administrator" or in his/her absence the person named the "Administrator of ProjectsCenter Enterprise." Persons who create or are invited to use a ProjectsCenter Enterprise may place information into such ProjectsCenter Enterprise (documents, files and other data) referred to as the Content. Neither ProjectsCenter nor any agent of ProjectsCenter will in any way access or view any such Content except as required to resolve a technical support issue, in the event of a violation or suspected violation of the CLA, to transfer the Content of an ProjectsCenter Enterprise to the Administrator of the ProjectsCenter Enterprise upon termination of the ProjectsCenter Enterprise, or to comply with a legal process. In every case where ProjectsCenter accesses Content, ProjectsCenter will either obtain prior approval from the Administrator of the ProjectsCenter Enterprise, or promptly inform the Administrator after such access. In all cases, ProjectsCenter will treat the Content as confidential information unless otherwise required by the CLA, MLA or a legal process. |

| One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. Sessions cookies are used in ProjectsCenter Enterprise for state preservation. Personal Information is not saved in a session cookie. The use of sessions cookies allows for state preservation which enable user's settings to be stored temporarily for the span of time when users are logged in. This improves the usability of the application by reducing the number of trips to the server. Once the user is specifically logged out from the ProjectsCenter Enterprise, the information stored in the session cookie is stored destroyed. For Example, ProjectsCenter Enterprise uses session cookies to track the state of the quick dashboard. The state being whether the quick dashboard is closed or open, This data is saved in the session cookie rather than in the database. |

ProjectsCenter Enterprise Account Registration |

| Any visitor to ProjectsCenter Enterprise may register ProjectsCenter Enterprise by accepting the CLA or MLA and creating an ProjectsCenter Enterprise Account. All persons who wish to create or use ProjectsCenter Enterprise are required to create an ProjectsCenter Enterprise Account. You will provide us with certain information when you register ProjectsCenter Enterprise (including your name, password, and email address). We will use such information for purposes related to your ProjectsCenter Enterprise (including to provide support, send notices about maintenance downtime schedules and other administrative matters, or other matters pertinent to your ProjectsCenter Enterprise). We may also use this information to let you know about other products and services that we think may be of interest to you. |

Updating/Deleting your ProjectsCenter Enterprise Account |

| You may update registration information you provided us with at any time by going to Personal Settings and then clicking "Edit User Profile." You may delete your ProjectsCenter Enterprise Account by contacting your Administrator or ProjectsCenter, Inc; however, by deleting your ProjectsCenter Enterprise Account, you will terminate whatever rights you then have to access your ProjectsCenter Enterprise, and unless ProjectsCenter has otherwise expressly agreed with you in writing, termination of your ProjectsCenter Enterprise Account will not result in refund of any fees paid to ProjectsCenter. Unless you expressly request that your ProjectsCenter Enterprise Account be deleted, you agree that your registration information may be maintained by ProjectsCenter indefinitely under the then-most current Privacy Statement. |

Our strategic security partner provides 24x7 system monitoring to ensure the availability and reliability of the ProjectsCenter Network Infrastructure. All administration performed is via private line connectivity, and all machines with access to ProjectsCenter products are performed behind locked doors. |

| We employ Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypted communication for our hosted ProjectsCenter Enterprise customers. SSL is a standard format for transmitting secure data from your computer to our server. SSL works by using a private key to encrypt data that's transferred over the SSL connection. You will know SSL is being used when you see preceding a web address, rather than . We also have a Verisign certificate. |

| Your project sites are not public. Team members must be invited by a project manager and must be removed by a project manager as well. Each document, task, event, and message can be locked by individual or by groups created by you. Each document stored on our server has an encrypted name that can only be de-encrypted via the ProjectsCenter tool and rights. |

| Your ProjectsCenter Enterprise Account is password protected so that only you can access it and view the member information relevant to the account. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. ProjectsCenter will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or e-mail. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and any account information. |

Choice/Opt-Out |

| On an individual basis, you may opt-out of communication from ProjectsCenter. Communication sent includes receiving their password through email and receiving communications from ProjectsCenter about new features or services. If a user originally opted in to receive communication from ProjectsCenter, but no longer wishes to receive this information, they may simply reply to the email with "Unsubscribe" in the subject. Under certain circumstances, ProjectsCenter may be required to send information about our Service or a user's account, but ProjectsCenter will not send unsolicited email regarding any commercial offers or advertisements at any time. |
